Product Warranty Statement

As the manufacturer of Denata Project seating products, we hereby provide the following warranty terms:

Warranty Coverage

  • All products are covered by a 2-year warranty starting from the delivery date.

  • The warranty includes coverage for armrests, mechanical components, hydraulics, base, and wheels.

  • The warranty does not cover seat body components (foam, synthetic leather), armrest pads, or other parts in direct contact with the user.

  • Guaranteed availability of spare parts for 1 year.

Usage Conditions

  • The maximum recommended user weight is 110 – 120 kg.

  • Any misuse, improper handling, or modifications beyond the original design are not covered under this warranty.

Service & Spare Parts

  • During the warranty period, the cost of shipping spare parts to Jakarta will be fully covered by us.

  • For customers outside Jakarta, shipping costs may apply depending on the service area.

Warranty Validity

This warranty is valid only with proof of purchase and is intended to ensure that our customers receive durable and reliable products for their workplace needs.
